Zwei Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm sind für unsere Gäste am Strand reserviert (nur von Juni bis August). Direkte Wohnung am Meer mit Innen- und Außenpools und Strömungskanal. Pools gehören zwei Kinderbecken und Innenpools sind beheizt. Diese Einheit im dritten Stock spart Zeit beim Warten auf Aufzügen. Parkhaus am Eingang im 3. Stock / bequem.

Erleben Sie die malerische Aussicht vom Küchen- und Essbereich aus. Sie können in der Küche und im Essbereich stehen und die Wellen und Menschen am Strand beobachten. Parken Sie im dritten Stock des Parkhauses und gehen Sie direkt hinein. Alle Fernseher in der Wohnung sind Flachbildschirme und das Wohnzimmer hat einen 50 "-Flatscreen. Der Wohnbereich und das Hauptschlafzimmer liegen beide direkt am Meer. Schiebetüren führen zum Balkon. Während viele Einheiten mit drei Schlafzimmern in Myrtle Beach nur zwei Bäder bieten, verfügt diese Einheit über drei Vollbäder. Genießen Sie auch während des Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day einen kostenlosen Sonnenschirm und 2 Stühle, die für diese Wohnung reserviert sind.

Great stay at the Grand Atlantic

The unit was clean and well decorated. We were conveniently located on the third floor, with the door to the unit directly opposite the entry door from parking (very convenient). The parking deck is tight, but we knew this from staying there before. The owner was very responsive to the few maintenance issues we had, as was the building maintenance staff. We knew in advance the outdoor pool was being renovated; the owner was very considerate and called to let us know this in advance. It was too cool to be in an outdoor pool however, so we didn’t miss it. The interior water features were clean and well heated. Great stay, we had a great time, highly recommend!

Loved the 3rd floor condo. Gave us 2 parking spaces inside a garage. Check in was easy. The owner Martha was friendly and informative. She took the time to call before we arrived. We were disappointed about the outdoor swimming pool being closed & under construction daily. Then the indoor pool closed Sunday just before we left on Monday. It was constantly full of kids so we avoided it. We spent our time outside on the spectacular front balcony with the oceanfront view or at the beach which was beautiful & clean. No beach towels so bring your own. Plenty of dishes, cookware & utensils. Mini-Mart and neighborhood Walmart are close. We all had a wonderful time. Beds were comfortable. Thank you Martha for a wonderful trip.

The Condo we we in was 4.8 star. The resort is rated less as there was major renovations going on while we were there. Most did not impact our stay as it was still too cold to get in an outdoor pool anyway. But the balcony work when they were power washing was a little disruptive to be on our balcony at that time. We understand these are necessary and were forewarned. Parking garage was very tight to navigate. Otherwise a fantastic place in a super location and would definitely recommend to others and would return again in the future.

Myrtle Beach Beauty

Very nice 3-bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Absolutely beautiful views. The place was having all their pools repaired and the balconies refinished but that was the only downside to the whole stay. The owner (Martha) was extremely accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again. With what they are doing to the pools and hot tubs it will only enhance our stay that much more. We would highly recommend this place to others.

First if all the booking process was amazing from jump street. The property owner was so forthcoming about construction being done during the days booked and offered a full refund before arriving if it would be something that would inconvenience our stay. Ultimately we decided to proceed with the accommodations and worked through the construction process, yes it was loud and sometimes annoying but nevertheless it did not impact our stay. All of the property amenities were still available and my family of 6 adults still had an amazing stay. The property owner Martha was a gem….so transparent and beyond accommodating. I highly recommend working with Martha, she was quick to respond and assist. Girls trip to celebrate 50th

Close to the airport. Ubers are plentiful. Property is well maintained, clean, safe and the amenities are nice. Unit has everything you need and is very spacious. Balcony has a great view. Beach is very clean and just steps away from the property. Hot tub is big, multiple pools, one of which is heated which was great since we went in November. We were not as close to most of the attractions and bars as I had originally thought. Though it was easy to get an Uber. There was some police activity at a few of the sketchy motels that seemed to house some of the locals, but we still felt safe

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property couldn’t have been better. It literally had everything we needed, plenty of dishes, pots/ pans, all the usual kitchen amenities, washer/ drawer, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids sand toys, always full ice machines through the building. It is in a perfect location, and right on the beach!

Beautiful and Relaxful

My family came down to spend time with me as I am a local resident of MB. I am so glad I rented this unit, it was the perfect size, we had more than enough room and it had just about everything we needed. I communicated with owner, Martha, to ensure the unit was clean as I am a bit OCD, and Martha explained the unit and it was better than she explained and my expectations. The unit was on the 3rd floor and so was the parking which made it so easy to come in and out. The beds were comfortable and I loved the floors. The balcony was nice and big and gave great views of the pool and beach. My family and I had a really nice time. I highly recommend this unit which is a lot coming from me as I have stayed in many places and was disappointed. I felt at home here. Thank you Martha for sharing your unit with us.

Great location. Essentially right on the beach. Easy access off parking garage and facility elevator. Ample room for our family of 6. Owner was very helpful with a welcome packet before our stay and actually genuinely interested in our family having a great week in Myrtle.

Another relaxing vacay

There is so much to do in this location. We usually stay within 15 minutes of the condo with so many recreation and food options but this trip explores Barefoot Landing and we were thrilled we did! The condo is spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Perfect for family trips. Martha is easy to contact and so helpful!

We had 4 adults, 6 children ages 2-13. We had a great stay and didnt feel like there was not enough room. Kids really enjoyed the pool, lazy river and we weren't far from shops and attractions. Definitely would recommend to others. Owners were very easy to communicate with before we got there. We didn't need anything while we were there.
