a playground, a bar/restaurbut, and private beach access. This unit is one of a kind and fully renovated. Beautiful interior, open floor plan, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Master has a queen with attached bathroom and spare bedroom has 2 full Bunk beds.

Your will be greeted by 1 exterior doorbell camera.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY OR IN UNIT DUE TO HOA RULES. You will be asked to leave by security if a pet is found in the unit or on the property and you will not be refunded.

The person renting the condo must be the in person staying in the condo and must be above the age of 23. Or you will be asked to leave and forfeit any payment made.
Linens
We Provide an initial set of linens for the stay. This includes:
- Sheets for all beds
- Blankets for all beds
- 6 bath towels
- 6 wash cloths
- Hand towels
- Kitchen towels
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom.

Kitchen Notes
- Kitchens are fully equipped
- We have a regular drip coffee pot, not a keurig
- Dish soap is provided
- 1 roll of paper towels is provided
