Das 5BA Raised Beach House liegt direkt gegenüber der North Beach Plantation. Von den Fenstern im Haus können Sie die Wellen am Ufer beobachten! Dieses komfortable Haus hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen. Die Küche ist voll bestückt und bereit zum Kochen. Wenn Sie keine Lust zum Kochen haben, lassen Sie uns wissen, ob Sie etwas zu essen wünschen oder es gibt viele Restaurants in der Straße.
    Die Master-Suite befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 weitere Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein Queensize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer, 1 Queensize-Bett im 3. Schlafzimmer und 2 Einzelbetten im 4. Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt auch ein halbes Badezimmer auf der Hauptebene. Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer haben auch Flachbildschirme.

    Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Esszimmertisch ist groß und ideal für Familienessen. Das Haus ist hell und hat viele Fenster, um die Landschaft zu genießen, und Sie können sogar das Meer sehen! Die Decken der Kathedrale lassen es noch größer erscheinen und es gibt Deckenventilatoren. Sie werden diese Immobilie lieben! Es gibt auch eine Wet Bar im Wohnzimmer für zusätzliche Getränke und Cocktails. Mieten Sie einen Golfwagen, um zum Strand und zurück zu gelangen, wenn Sie möchten. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Liegen mit und entspannen Sie sich!

    Dieses schöne Haus ist ideal für große Gruppen, Familienfeiern oder Wochenendausflüge. The only issue were the floors were not clean and the water pressure in the showers were bad. The mattress in the master bedroom downstairs needs to be replaced. Overall, the house was very nice and the location was great. Our family had a great time. I would stay there again.

Property was good overall. Some things to consider when renting are the following. The beds are pretty squeaky. The master bathroom shower pressure needs a lot of help and the master bedroom a/c doesn’t work good. Also I don’t think I’ve stayed at a rental where I had to replenish the toiletries. Other than that good house GREAT location!

We came to Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s college softball games. We had an excellent stay at Shore Beats Work! It was not far to the softball fields and was close to a plethora of restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well maintained, on a quiet street, and was a short walk away from the beach. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The house is in a great location, close to the beach, Barefoot Landing, Flavortown and many other things. The house parking was enough for 4 vehicles, the house was clean. The negatives from our stay was that we had realtors show up a few times requesting to be let in the show the house due to it being for sale. We declined which they were not happy about. Also, the house is infested with caterpillars of all sizes. They came out more at night, they were on the ceiling and floors. The family that stayed in the master bedroom found them in their suitcases and bags, the twin room on the second floor, there was one crawling on the pillow. While sitting in the living room you would see them on the walls, floor, ceiling, and on the furniture sometimes. Other than that, our stay was great, and the house was big and spacious. We really enjoyed each bedroom having their own bathroom!

House is very well kept and the perfect size for a larger group. The nine of us stayed very comfortably. The location is wonderful, only a short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing.

Very happy overall, close to the beach, the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to cleanup at the same time. Close to restaurants and entertainment! The only slight drawback was the water pressure in the showers, a little low pressure but enough to shower.

Satisfactory house for men and golf

Overhead fan in one of the bedrooms cobbled terribly knocking the chains against the lamps, not making for a quiet sleep.Do not book this house if youre wanting beach or any kind of view.

Everything was great but .. the dishwasher was not working all week nor the garbage disposal. Didn’t expect to wash dishes by hand on my vacation. Tropical Storm Debbie put a real damper on our week.

Great Location, Great Property

The house was amazing with a great location relative to the beach and to attractions nearby. Some maintenance issues present. Didn't appear to be swept or mopped before checking in. Trash can outside was full. Wifi went out on the final two days of staying. Property management company was responsive though. Would most likely rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely gorgeous! My family was happy and comfortable all week. There is a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is great and everyone is so friendly! Youre only min away from shops,restaurants,the grocery store, and activities.Our only recommendations for the owner is to have the cleaning crew vacuum the house and mop floors before the next guests. It wasn't clean and the ceiling fans were dirty as well. Some of the steps outside on the front porch need new boards for safety reasons and there are wires hanging out of the house that should be covered up. The bed in one of the rooms needs replaced.There are too many light switches that do nothing.I think labeling them would be helpful. The water does not get hot in some of the bathrooms and the outdoor shower did not work. Oh and the air in the master bedroom doesn't work, so that room gets hot by morning if your door is closed. All in all my family had a great stay and were very happy. The sheets were fresh and there were plenty of fresh towels provided which we loved! The jacuzzi tub was great as well! We will be back next year for sure in hopes the house is cleaner and maintenance items have been resolved!

Much better than sardine-like condo for family, would definitely consider staying again.Negative: Mattresses quite hard (typical), MBR king slopes to north. 8 carport lites, none function; only a couple lites near stairs work. MBR AC inoperative 1st day, fine thereafter. Be aware that base price gets larded up almost $900 with admin fee, cleaning fee, linen fee, damage protection fee, MB & NMB fees, & taxes. Left side parking VERY tight - don't try to park a van! Rearview mirror glass on right side of parking indicates previous tenant learned the hard way about tight parking! Communication: Don't expect Vacation Rentals of NMB to reply to emails, but they did send the needed (missing) pillows & apparently looked at AC issue - all without communication. Documents said check-in at 3pm, but was emphatically told later by Vacay Rentals of NMB that check-in at 4pm - obviously unclear, but we entered house at 3pm without issue.Golf Cart: Recommend NMB Golf Cart Rental (Michael 843.390.3900) to get to & from beach, since it's a few blocks away; but it's $4/hr to park cart at the beach. Then again, it appears no one enforces golf cart parking permits at 46th & S Ocean Blvd. Beach: No public bathrooms at beach parking locations (though parking costs $4/hr), so having a golf cart or bicycle is very handy.
