The condo was advertised with pictures that did not fully represent the reality of the place. It was advertised with a king size bed in the master bedroom, but it was actually a queen. The mattresses in both bedrooms are awful – very hard. In the master bathroom, there was a sign on the shower that said keep out upon further investigation. We found out that the shower was leaking into the condo below, so it was not usable. We were counting on two separate bathrooms and that did not work out. Everything in the condo is extremely dated and some of the furniture is dirty. There is a wall in the foyer that evidently had water damage. there is questionable, mold and mildew around that wall. The ocean view is beautiful from the condo. Watching the sunrise is very nice. The porch furniture is made a PVC piping and some cushions which are OK but not terribly comfortable. Also, the condo does not have central air-conditioning. It has two window type units, one of which blows hot air onto the balcony making it impossible to enjoy yourself outside. The other drawback that we had was that the freezer did not have an icemaker. During our stay, we had to buy four bags of ice to cool our drinks and take to the beach. This condo could be fantastic with some love and tender care. If you just need a place to sleep and change clothes and shower then this would be an OK place.
