Very clean and comfortable; beds are good, chairs comfortable, sofa relaxing, etc. The only drawback to the room would be its condition, It's obvious it's been well used. There was significant wear and tear, although, it was not bad, nor was it unacceptable. Communication with the host was fine except the method that is used to communicate with VRBO hosts is very awkward. We had some confusion in our communication because of it. THIS IS NO REFLECTIOIN ON THE HOST. The pool, although we did not use them, are really nice and clean even though heavily used with a large group that was there. This is an extremely, extremely busy, complex! For the amount of people that pass through this place, I am amazed how clean, organized and well kept it is. The check in and check out process was the most seamless, easy process I've had in a long time for condominiums and I've stayed my share. I would highly recommend this location. Especially for the price.
