Please be advised that Ocean Forest Plaza is currently undergoing a waterproofing construction project that affects exterior walls and balconies.
• Please do not place or leave any furniture, plants, decorations, or personal belongings on the balcony.
• Construction activity may cause some noise and temporary access or parking restrictions.
• Please follow all posted signs and instructions around the property.
• Parking restrictions are in effect beginning October 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Please park only in designated spaces. Vehicles in restricted or unauthorized areas are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense, without warning.
• Construction Timeframe: Waterproofing work is scheduled from October 5 through November 20, 2026. The exact timing will depend on your building/room stack, and dates may change due to weather or construction conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this work.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Due to fire regulations, grilling is prohibited in the unit or on the balcony. A violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. There are, for your convenience two grills located in the south parking lot.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, a penalty of $100 will be applied.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.
