Villa Andy is a luxurious property located in the south of the Island, in the area of Aleomandra, 80 meters from the sea front with amazing views, over the Aegean Sea in the direction of Naxos island, well protected by the strong northern winds.
The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis, Glyfadi, and Ornos beach.
The villa is modernly furnished and consists of 4 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and one guest house pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air- conditioning.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and also a second smaller one designed for kids, both overflowing on their sea view side. There are also large verandas and at the pool side there is an outdoor living area with a very large sofa covered by a pergola.

The villa has satellite TV, Wi-Fi and all types of mod cons and there are also 2 parking spaces at guests’ disposal.

Rental rules:
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Minimum Stay: 5 nights; 6 nights in high season (1 July - 21 August).
Security deposit: 1.000 € to be paid on arrival, it will be returned before departure less any charge in case of damage.
