„Notre hôte, Nicolas, a été charmant et il est parfaitement francophone. Il est venu nous accueillir au port pour nous emmener à son hôtel en voiture (valises...). Les jours suivants il nous a donné des conseils et a pris le temps de discuter avec nous. Le chambre est magnifique tout comme la salle de bain. Le matin, le petit déjeuner était aussi excellent. Que dire du cadre ? L'hôtel est magnifique avec une restauration de haut niveau d'une demeure ancienne d'un riche marchant du 19ème siècle ...
