„Booked and.paid for a river view. Was not available when we.got there. No rebate offered. Parking is a pain and they have no help available for taking luggage upstairs. Two women staff did help with heavy bags. There was no.lift. I would not return O“

„All was perfect: a clean place and friendly staff.“

„Beautiful old Soviet style hotel, very clean and well maintained. This used to be a top of line hotel in the 80s. Extremely well aged. One of a kind heritage from the 80s. Breakfast is also the same style as it used to be in the 80s in the old Soviet resorts. Loved this place !“

„Unique were the rug floor stains, mold in the shower that wasn't removed after request and the first hotel i that didn't have sheets that fit the matress leaving a foot of matress at the head not covered.“
