„It was a really lovely hotel. Very friebdly night receptionist. I only got to the hotel at 11pm and left at 9.30 the next morning, but my room was super clean and very comfortable. The only thing that could have made it better was more sockets, but really that's such a tiny thing. I just unplugged something else and plugged my bits in. Bed was really comfy. “

„The location was great, was out the way so a nice change, but still close enough to various amenities local. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was amazingly comfy! Had the best nights sleep! Will definitely be staying here again, cant wait for my next trip!“

„The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately on booking we didnt look at opening times. We booked to stay on a Monday. The hotel takes bed & breakfast bookings but the bar & restaurant isnt open on Mondays. So we had to drive 15 minutes to another village for food. Not what we realy wanted to do, but the luckily the other pub served food. It only says on opening time that the bar & restaurant is closed Mondays. It needs to more clearer on website as why would we look at ...

„Stayed one night on a solo trip. Lovely location and views. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Clean and presentable. Best thing about the stay was the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was a late addition for me and I'm glad I did. Good quality and choice. “

„Von außen natürlich sehr ansehnliche, jedoch schläft man nicht in dem "Schloss" sondern in sogenannten Lodges, Zimmer die gegenüber des Haupteingangs liegen. Das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, besonders der Lüfter hat in unserem Fall geklappert. Das Bett ungewöhnlich hoch, aber dafür sehr gemütlich. Man sollte aber immer den Haupteingang nehmen, wenn man mit dem Auto anfährt, bloß nicht verfahren, sonst begibt man sich um das Hauptgelände herum in eine Art Expedition und kommt von der ...

„We were looking for a characterful hotel in the middle of Melton Mowbray and that is what we got for a very reasonable tarif. Our rooms had recently been refurbished and although smallish were perfectly okay for our short stay. Easy free parking behind the hotel.“

"Das Zimmer war eng und spartanisch. Das Bad dazu ebenso. Für eine Nacht jedoch ausreichend. Das Parkhaus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel was sehr praktisch ist. Bar und Restaurant im Loft Style,wenn gut besucht,sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso das Personal. "

"Good hotel next to the station and in walking distance to the city center. Staff was very good and helpful. My bathroom was not very clean on arrival but after having spoken about it at reception they cleaned it superbly and i was given some vouchers as recompensation. Breakfast and food was delicious. I would stay again in this hotel."
