„The Coral Cay condo buildings were older and set back a bit from beach with a nice wooden boardwalk right to beach through dunes. The 2 story had 2 bedrooms upstairs that were cute, updated with new finishes and decor and plenty of room for my family of 4. The small kitchen had all we needed. We ate most meals on balcony which could have been cleaner but the sound of waves, and birds made it a wonderful stay. . We used the pool closest to beach it was Ok. Overall great stay!“

„24 hours before our stay, we were notified our condo wasn’t available since the AC wasn’t working and they were not willing to provide a refund or discount. Stayed in a different unit that didn’t have the same set up- wanted 3 queen/kid size beds for 5 adults and instead had a bunk bed. Also wanted outdoor hangout area/table that was not available with this unit. Other than that, the place was nice and there were 2 hot tubs and 2 pools plus walking distance to the ocean. “

„The good: The condo itself was beautiful. It was clean, updated, and decorated beautifully. The beach view was amazing to sit and have coffee with every morning. The washer and dryer was a big bonus too. The condo fit 4 perfectly. The bad: The AC in the unit didn't work properly. It was set to 74 degrees when we arrived and we set it down to 70 degrees. „Small (especially bathroom) but everything we needed for 4 days with nicely equipped full kitchen. First floor with access to pool from our room was very handy. Lovely pool area and comfortable lounge chairs. Great hot tub. Laundry room just down hall. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the blinds and they sent someone to fix right away. Just 4 miles from town. Would definitely return in the future.“

„Sunrise Villa is a very nice place and clean, but the only issue my wife and I had was that when we opened the door, we were not sure if the smell was mold or something else. We did buy candles for that too cover up the odor, but other than that, it was quite nice. “
