„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„We booked two nights at casita eco-glamping and loved it! After spending a week in hotels in SoCal, the casita was our last stop and by far our favorite! It was beautifully decorated and has a premium vibe while still feeling rustic. The beds were so cozy and incredibly comfortable. The location feels remote while still being very close to Santa Barbara and Goleta. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip down this way!“

„Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.“

„Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding! „It’s difficult to describe just how lovely the location and host here in Summerland really are. The Proximity to Santa Barbara and Montecito was perfect. It made for a perfect retreat from the frenetic energy of my niece’s wedding. It was quiet and relaxing and really just lovely. The host’s attention to detail was really the icing on the cake.
