„There should be a shuttle from murree to here, drive is not everyone cup of tea, hotel is great“

„Great room, respectful staff & location was perfect, the view was immaculate“

„Das zimmer war schmutzig und Service war nich schlecht “

„Beautiful property, could use some updating and maintenance but overall we enjoyed our stay.“

„The food was below my expectations and unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel needs to immensely improve. Too much dust is gathered everywhere in the room. Really disappointed by the fact that Shangrila is a worldwide recognised brand, but could not provide clean and comfortable rooms. Location is troublesome, in the middle of nowhere. However, the service was hospitable and kind. “

„Awesome service i booked it for my family and they loved it“

„Extremely dirty and poorly maintained hotel. I booked it in a rush and didn’t realize what a dump it is. Walls are thin so you can hear other people and guests upstairs kept dragging their furniture until 2 am. People were talking outside in the lobby which we could hear in our room all night.“

„Nice manger and cooperative staff“

„The hot water didnt work in our apartment and the toilet was faulty too so had to check out a day early“

„The place was not reachable. Has no access to any walkable place or restaurant. Very much isolated and the road was very bumpy and narrow. Dangerous to drive with families and kids. We spent an hour to find the place and finally we gave up and decided to not stay here. No prior info was given about the leading roads. No refund was provided.“
