„We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Ypres. The Menin Gate was viewed from our property and attending the Last Post ceremony just outside our door was a truly memorable experience. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was the ideal place for exploring Ypres and the surrounding battlefields.“

„Super Personal, sehr freundlich!“

„A lovely hotel. Very friendly, thoughtfully equipped and comfortable “

„Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast (fried eggs, bacon and toast), continental style options also plentiful. Central location. Very helpful and friendly owner.“

„A boutique hotel that was truly awesome! I contacted the owner to alert him of my ETA the evening before & he rapidly replied with my room # & provided all necessary access info. Manteka Logies is very well located, virtually beside the tourist office & the Flanders Field Museum. The room had a comfy bed, a bar fridge, Nespresso coffee maker (or another brand that worked the same way), several coffee pods, creamers, sugar, a small kettle & an assortment of tea. „Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Lediglich der Preis für das Frühstück war zu hoch.“

„Im Badezimmer waren Spinnweben in der Deckenbeleuchtung. Das Fenster hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen.“

„Preis-Leistung gut! Sehr zentral mit gutem Zugang zur Stadt. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden“

„Anne was an amazing host. “

„Sehr schön und sauber. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen“

„Interesting stay. Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. All electronic communication was helpful. But we had no personal interactions with staff. Picked up a key at a desk, and dropped it off 2 days later. We rented bikes both days and rode to nearby 4-6 miles breweries, which were both excellent. I recommend the Hotel Anphor for the bike rental.“

„This is a superb hotel, but please be aware the restaurant is closed on a Tuesday & Wednesday, this is not shown when you book! We arrived on a Wednesday and basically the hotel was closed although we did have a booking! There were no other guests. The owner did make us very welcome & gave us a fantastic breakfast, but it felt very odd being quite so quiet.“

„Das Zimmer war super romantisch eingerichtet, bequem, sauber und es war still. Die Wirtin war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Darüber hinaus war das Frühstück sehr lecker und reichlich. Insgesamt hervorragend ohne Übertreibung!“

„This hotel is truly beyond compare—you can even stay in the exact rooms once occupied by famous figures! The hosts are incredibly warm and go out of their way to help you with anything you need. On top of that, the entire place is steeped in legendary stories. Highly recommended!“

„Alles top “

„Zimmer und Bad sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Personal freundlich und kompetent. “

„Bestens geeignet für die Erkundung des ersten Weltkrieges. Schöne Umgebung und schnell in Ypres.“

„Hotel ist eher vom Motel-Typ. Wenig Service, Mäßige Auswahl an Frühstücksspeisen ins Zimmer Abends gebracht, kleines Baguette, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee, keine Milch, Aufstriche. Enttäuschend“
