„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. As airport shuttle was one of my top reasons to chose this hotel I was surprised that the hotel didn’t even offer to pay for the Uber instead. The AC in my room ...

„Greatest place for conventions close to the On Center.“

„Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place ...

„We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. I guess for young ones the music in car noise is acceptable. It’s why they are staying at the Armory area. Room- excellent and ...

„The room was not especially clean (around faucets, sink, shower, couch, floors). The light on the bathroom (over the mirror and sink) was not properly secured to the wall. The couch was covered with stains. The shower floor was slimey feeling. They apparently allow dogs and we had a neighbor who had one who we heard barking off and on. One of the windows was completely missing the curtains (yet had a rod).“
