„Very well located, walking distance to Art Museum, CTA trains around the corner, clean and big rooms. Receptionists seemed to be very stressed and overchallenged. Very small breakfast choice. Overall a very good and recommendable hotel for a weekend trip. “

„Bett war äusserst bequem, tägliches Housekeeping und sehr gute Hotellage. Das Zimmer war jedoch altmodisch und hat einen alten, verbrauchten Eindruck gemacht mit Teppichboden. Am letzten Morgen klopfte das Putzpersonal bereits um 8Uhr an der Türe, um zu fragen, wann man den auschecken würde, auch wenn Checkout um 12 Uhr ist.“

„Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city“

„Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ca. 1 Minute von der Magnificent Mile entfernt. Tolle Rooftop Bar mit Glasbalkon und einer sensationellen Aussicht. Zimmer schön groß, ebenso das Bad mit toller Dusche und separater Toilette. Sehr bequeme Betten. Wunderbares Frühstück mit einer riesen Auswahl, von allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Nur zu empfehlen. “

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “
