„This is a very good hotel although it is a little bit far away from down town. The staff is very friendly and helps you in case of any questions. For tourists it would be helpful to know how to get to the hotel from the last subway station "Doksan" or even better "Gumcheon-gu Office". I noticed that at "Gumcheon-gu Office" there are always taxis available, at "Doksan" station there are none. For me it was very important to get a breakfast in the morning. „The staff was very distant and unfortunately there was not much information available. You had to ask for everything yourself. The room had a strange smell (but maybe that's just my personal perception because I don't like the smell). The location is quite good, you can get to everything quickly and there are lots of shops and restaurants there.“

„Hotel ist 3 Minuten entfernt von Bahn und Bus Lage ist gut Restaurant und Geschäften ist alles zu Fluss erreichbar. Personalien sind nett Zimmer Wände sind nicht schön sauber muss gestrichen werden und die Lampen sind auch volle Staub . Ich hab meine Ohrringe im Zimmer verloren und Nicht mehr gefunden.“

„모텔수준보다 숙박이었습니다. 들어가자마자 담배냄새가 너무 심했으며, 숙박이후 모든옷에 담배냄새가 배였습니다. 그리고 청소상태는 너무 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워장 모서리 천정에는 곰팜이가 너무 심하게 있었고, 욕조옆 선반등 세면대 바닥 전혀 닦지를 않아서 먼지가 너무 심하게 나왔습니다. 하루이틀 안닦은 정도가 아니었습니다. 최소 1달이상 안한 정도였습니다. 제가 느끼는건 그냥 침대, 이불 커버만 갈고 쓰레기 비우고 그냥 입구 들어섰을때 눈에 보이는 정도만 대충 청소한것 같습니다. 다른 숙박후기를 보면 청결하다는 글들이 있는데, 관계자가 직접작성했거나, 알바생이 쓴글 같다는 생각이 너무 들었습니다. 청결상태가 개인차가 있구나 라는정도가 아니라 너무 더러웠습니다.“

"I had a pleasant stay at Shilla Stay Guro. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in a major city like Seoul — it was still well-organized and functional. The bathroom was excellent: modern, spotless, and with a great shower. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. One downside was the air conditioning. Although there was a thermostat in the room, the temperature seemed centrally controlled, and I wasn’t able to cool the room properly. It stayed around 25–26°C, which was too warm for comfortable sleep. To their credit, the front desk provided a fan, which helped a bit. Despite the A/C issue, I would still recommend the hotel for short stays, especially if you’re looking for something clean and reliable in a convenient location."

"Das Hotelzimmer war sehr ruhig und schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Es gab nur ein wenig Staub auf den Lichtschaltern und hinter dem Spiegel, was allerdings verkraftbar war. Die Zwischentür vom Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer hatte leider auf dem Boden geschliffen und war etwas schwierig zu öffnen. Das war tatsächlich nicht so toll. In der Dusche hat sich die Gummilippe an der Tür gelöst, sodass während dem Duschen das Wasser aus der Dusche gelaufen ist. Für mich persönlich war das Bett auch etwas zu hart, das ist jedoch Geschmacksache und muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Ansonsten gab es hier nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal und die Reinigungskraft waren außerdem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedenfalls mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen!"
