„The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area.“

„I cannot say enough positive things about my stay. I was treated so kindly by everyone there. It was so convenient to and from the airport. They went above and beyond helping me check in for another flight online, since the site was in Spanish and I could not do it alone. Planning to stay there again as I work my way back up South America from Ushuaia. “

„Pudimos hacer el check in antes de la hora y nos vino muy bien, fui con mi hijo por una noche para un evento que era muy cerquita del hotel (MovistarArena) y necesitábamos dejar las mochilas. La atención fue muy buena, el precio el mejor que conseguimos. Respecto del hotel, el mismo tiene muchos años y se nota en algunos detalles, de igual manera volvería sin dudarlo si surge un viaje de similares características. „Wir haben keinen Schlüssel von dem Haupteingang bekommen (dieser war nicht besetzt) und waren gefangen, da man ohne Schlüssel weder in oder aus dem Gebäude kommen kann. Die Handtücher, das Bett und die Küche waren in einem ungenügendem Zustand. Der Kontakt des Apartments hat sich geweigert mit uns am Telefon zu sprechen und wir konnten nur per WhatsApp miteinander kommunizieren. „Das Zimmer war gar nicht wie beschrieben! Waren total enttäuscht! Zimmer viel zu klein! Kein Platz für Koffer auspacken. Chef hat uns dann ein Appartment gezeigt,mit dem wir dann zufrieden waren.“

„La comunicación desde un principio fue muy mala y también sus procedimientos de registro y para hacer el check inn. Luego al entrar al espacio se puede ver que el departamento no esta en las condiciones que te muestran en las fotos de su publicación, también la limpieza el baño olía mal a orina, cosa que ademas tuvimos que pagar 25 dólares extra por la limpieza. „The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. "The hotel is amazing and Daiana, Luca and Gabriel are an amazing team, the service was excellent, the tips about where to go, where to eat, what bus to take, amazing job of these guys! I’ll give an extra compliment just for Isis, because she was beyond of you are going to expect from the service. A nice person, with a beautiful smile, great heart and such a join doing what she does and this just make the service better. If I go back, of course I’ll book this place again."

"Erstmal vielen Dank , dass wir schon früher ins Zimmer konnten nach einem langen Flug . Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber . Die Küchenzeile hatte allerdings nur leere Schränke, eine kleine Besteckauswahl wäre schön gewesen und der Kühlschrank war sehr laut . Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es findet sicher jeder etwas . Den Kaffee kann man allerdings weglassen , der Cappuccino kostet extra , schmeckt aber auch nicht . Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Umgebung schien auch sicher zu sein"
