„Staff members were really helpful“

„Overall a nice stay although a bit pricey.“

„Our stay was perfect. We got an upgrade for all three nights. Food was good however the food at the Belmond Machupicchu was significant better( Real Gourmet). The temperature of the pool schould be a bit higher. The coffee machine in the room is great however on the first day it did not work. I recommend to change to Nespresso. They wanted to charge us for the taxi to Poroy USD 50.- finaly they organised for us a normal taxi for 25 S.“

„This is small, cozy hotel that is very clean and conveniently close to the Plaza de Armas. While the rooms are small, it was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler. The staff is nice and always willing to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast is basic, just enough to get the day started and could improved, but overall it is a great stay. My room was very quiet. I would absolutely come back to this hotel.“

„Fantastisches Personal, gemütliche Zimmer, alles sehr liebevoll und sauber. Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück…wir haben verlängert“

„Super“

„Großartiges Hotel“

„Nice location! Very noisy when you have a room to the main square.“

„The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story. All-in-all I was very pleased and would stay there again. The location is great- so close to Plaza De Armas. Breakfast was greasy and delicious every day.“

„It is right behind the Plaza (about 200m), but it is quite upslope. So, if you just in-and-out once a day, should not be an issue. if you join any tour, that will be great option. The staff is helpful, and friendly.“

„This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms. The staff was amazing ...
