„El hotel está en una excelente ubicación. Pude moverme caminando hasta Provenza, el Poblado, y el Museo el Castillo sin ningun problema. Incluso camino de regreso al hotel alrededor de las 7 de la noche. Todos son muy amables.“

„People working at the hotel are very friendly (all areas reception, restaurant etc.). Location is just a few steps from a big shopping mall (and a smaller one). Other parts of El Poblado are easy to reach neither by a bit more walking or by a short taxi ride. Just two points I did not like: - the noise of the quite big road just in the front (new windows might improve guets sleeping) - overall the hotel was clean, just the daily room service has upside potential“

„Alles so wie es sein sollte. Shopingcenter und Mac Donalds gleich neben dem Hotel. So kann man die nicht mehr so sicheren Taxis meiden und zu Fuss alles bequem erreichen. “

„Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. “

„The room was neat and clean. The staff was very nice. I don't speak Spanish and they were very patient with me using Google Translate. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee. The mall is nearby. It has an Exito (grocery store), IKEA, its dog friendly throughout including in the food court and there is a little theme park with 2 arcades, carousel, & other kids rides on the top floor. Using Uber to get there was easy.“
