*Surf Master 908 was our top-rented three-bedroom unit in Surf Master for the 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 rental seasons(six years and counting). It is an excellent condo with some of the best "corner views" in the entire building. Don't hesitate to book today!*

Surf Master by the Sea 908 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.2 miles north of Garden City Pier. This condo features a fully-equipped and updated kitchen complete with granite counters, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a furnished oceanfront balcony, LVT flooring, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Other amenities include four color TVs (cable) – 46-inch in living room - DVD player and Wi-Fi. Sleeping accommodations include two king (master bedroom and bedroom two), two double-sized beds (third bedroom). Common area features two elevators in both towers, two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, ample parking, (some covered) 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are limited and availability is based on the size of each unit. One bedroom units are assigned one space; two and three bedroom units are assigned two spaces(No additional passes will be given). Vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror or in a prominent area on the dash board are subject to immediate towing per the Surf Master HOA. Additional parking passes are not available for other guests or visitors of guests. This unit is located in the south building. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.

Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.

Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were very comfortable, however the living room furniture needs an upgrade. It is worn out. The location is perfect - oceanfront, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Wasn't ready for fireworks every night. Went to Brookgreen Gardens - just beautiful. Would recommend this to others. Walking the beach in the morning or at evening was wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: maintenance of the property was poor- AC filter was past needing replacement, commode in master ran all the time, commode in 2nd master ran, pinhole in kitchen faucet, cabinet over stove off hinge, carpet needed steam cleaning, sliding door difficult to open, glass round table on patio broken and in pieces on patio- promised replacement on Monday but no replacement. Location and view was excellent- would not stay there again without major maintenance and attention.
