The screened in porch is the best part! You can walk to the Marsh Walk, and it's just a short drive to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. „Everything was wonderful except for the tenant upstairs. He seemed to be renting and working locally as opposed to being on vacation. He woke at 5:00 every morning, was not quiet until he left for work at 6:00. This was every morning. Friday night he played loud music and tapped along on the floor til 2:00 in the morning.
