„We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone.“

„Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.“

„Really cute and functional cottage. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, super location, air conditioning worked GREAT during a very hot couple days. Owner was more than accommodating. Would definitely book again if returning to Sylvan Beach“

„We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll ...

„Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us ...

"Dieses charmante Hotel in Cazenovia ist rechts und links umgeben von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. In der "altenglisch" eingerichteten Lobby loderten die Kamine. Es gibt im Hotel ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, welches wir nicht aufgesucht haben. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Im Zimmer ließen sich die Fenster öffen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
