Large open floor plan offers a spacious living room, a gourmet kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the main level, 3 bedrooms on the top level and a game room on the lower level. The views from every room are just spectacular! Look out the big windows or enjoy a glass of wine on the large deck surrounded by pine trees and mountain views!
The space:
The cabin is located at the foot of a small mountain with amazing views of the whispering pines from every room. A big Private Deck with Amazing Sunset views and outdoor patio amenities.The backyard is a mountain terrain, not fenced in to keep the rustic feel. There are stairs throughout the house to get to the main level and the top level. Guests must be able to climb stairs to enjoy the property.
On the property guests can enjoy BBQ, outdoor dining on the deck, picnic table and an indoor game room equipped with big screen TV, Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Ping Pong Table, Beer Pong Table, Jenga Game, Dart Board Game, Portable Cornhole Set Outdoor Cornhole Toss Game and Putting Green( Outdoor & Indoor). Kids can play their favorite game on Xbox 360 (bring your own controllers).
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dinnerware, cookware, dishwasher, hand soap, shampoo-conditioner and body wash for all our guests.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area, with beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials necessary to prepare and serve a delicious meal, including an electric cooking range, dishwasher, large side by side refrigerator, built-in microwave, coffeemaker, large crock pot, toaster, baking pans, blender, lots of dinner ware and some basic spices, oil, and condiments.
There are cameras on the premises monitoring the entrances for security purposes (outdoor cameras only).
Explore the local hiking/biking trails or fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding in Lake Odell nearby or golf at the scenic 18-hole golf course at Pinewood Country Club. Head north to explore Flagstaff restaurants, golf, hiking, skiing and more. Don't miss the Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course just up the road that offers summer fun and winter sledding.
Guest access:
Cabin is located in Munds Park, 20 mins south of Flagstaff. Parking is available on the paved driveway on the property. No more than 5 vehicles are allowed on the property overnight. All additional vehicles will need prior approval or will need to leave the property by 10 PM. You will be charged $100 per extra vehicle and may also require to vacate the property immediately for violating this house rule. Additional guests are not allowed to sleep in campers on the property.
On snowy days, please be prepared to be snowed in until the roads a cleared by the city. The road leading to property is on a slope. All wheel drive vehicles or chains recommended during icy road conditions. Parking may be limited to 3 vehicles during snow season.
Other things to note:
The cabin does not have wheelchair access. Guests will have to climb stairs to get to the main floor and top floor.
The responsible party that books this property must be 25 or older and assumes ALL responsibility during their stay. NO parties allowed or noise past 10pm due to city and neighborhood ordinances. Also, due to outdoor fire danger we will not permit our guests to burn outdoors, other than the use of our gas grill.
Please note - our cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Because of the peaceful setting no loud music from 10pm to 8 am. No motorcycles or ATV's allowed. Please be respectful of the area and love our cabin like we do!!!
There are NO PETS ALLOWED on the property and you will be charged $200 if a pet is found on the property and you will require to vacate the property immediately for violation on this house rule.
The cabin in located in an area with high fire alert. NO SMOKING inside the property.Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
This is a large house and takes a long time to clean! Early check-ins/late checkouts cannot be guaranteed. Please ask if you need alternate check-in/check-out time and we will try to accommodate if we can.
