„Very good stay staff very helpful very clean “

„From booking through the return from our excursion, the overall experience was excellent. The property is well maintained and professionally managed, with staff who are welcoming and attentive from arrival. Consistent with what one might expect from an ITC-associated property, Storii blends local cultural touches with attentive hospitality and quality cuisine. The newly built rooms combine local design with modern amenities and offer scenic views of the apple valley. One area for improvement: ...

„Excellent“

„loving place to spend time due to its quiet location and super friendly staff.“

„Everything was excellent including staff. It was a lot of fun driving off road and than coming to your apartment with the tremendous view.. Highly recommended if you love adventure and nature..“

„Schöne Aussicht, geschmackvolle Einrichtung “

„Excellent in all aspects. Staff is really humble and hospitality is above expectations. Food is so delicious “

„I was surprised when the hotel staff told us that the evening tea they offer wasn't available to us because we booked through Expedia. We paid the full price, whether directly or indirectly, so the facilities should be the same for everyone. Unfortunately, they refused to provide it, and they also denied us complimentary access to the steam room. Overall, they didn’t seem to prioritize guest satisfaction.“
