We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. „Ugh, what a disaster! So, I booked this place for two nights, right? Get there, and the main door to the key lockbox is jammed shut. Called the host like fifteen times, and nada—no answer. Had to scramble to find another place 'cause my girlfriend's pregnant, and we couldn't just hang around. To top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund! Had to fight it through my bank. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. No one answers, and it feels like a total scam. “
