Selbst das upgrade in die naechste Kategorie, zeigte die gleiche Unzulaenglichkeit, so dass hier das Management dringend gefordert ist, diesen Mangel zu beseitigen. “

„ They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund.
