„The car parking bays are very tight and there is limited spaces.The receptionist was very helpful.Room was clean and spacious although the bathroom could do with an update.“

„Great clean and today 3 bedroom house. Modern and equipped with all necessities, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer, clothes line, garage, small fenced yard, great lighting, comfy beds, ducted air cond, 2 x bathrooms, tvs in all bedrooms. A lovely stay and will definitively use again. “

„The hotel is a lovely historical motel. Very good value with the free breakfast. Gulgong is a great little town. The motel's cafe/restaurant Larsens serves delicious food. My husband and I had the grilled salmon which came with chips and salad. One of the best meals while on our road trip. Hope to return one day“

„My wife and I took a long weekend break and stayed in the Shawood Bottling Room. It was a wonderful stay. Nice high ceilings, good kitchen, parking, etc. Everything we were hoping for. We made our way up the paddock to watch the sunset each night, which was a great suggestion from the host. Not a critique, but I would have loved to have the option to purchase some local wine too. Mind you, we did shop ourselves at the various cellar doors. A great space and location to get away from it all.“
