„Beware traveler !! I was charged twice for this stay at this hotel. I already prepaid on Hotels.com and this hotel still charged me again for a higher rate, Stay away from this hotel at all cost. Don't book !“

„Shunde is a bustling place, but this hotel is in the quieter part. Hotel is outstanding, if only American Holiday Inn’s could hit this mark. The facilities are great, everything is tidy and exceeds expectations especially for the price. There isn’t a bar in the hotel but there is one in the plaza called SD (Shunde) Home and it’s a great little place. “

„Great place to stay in Foshan. Room were huge and had everything needed, also the hotel is attached to a shopping mall with Starbucks, and many other resteraunts. Also in walking distance is parks with lots to see and other shopping malls less than 5 minutes walk. “

„기본적인 객실 시설은 괜찮았고, 직원들도 친절합니다. 샤워실 수압이 세서 이용하는데도 쾌적했습니다. 다만, 호텔 전체에서 담배 냄새가 너무 심하게 나고, 호텔 내에서 담배 피우는 사람들이 있는데도 제재가 없었습니다. 투숙하는 2박 3일 내내 목이 붓고 잠을 이루지 못했습니다. 그리고 조식 식당 커피 머신 근처에 바퀴벌레가 돌아다니고 있었습니다. 청결에 신경을 많이 써야 할 것 같습니다.“

"Ich komme seit 15 Jahren jährlich in dieses Hotel. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging nicht und es gab auch kein Fenster welches man öffnen konnte. Nach mehrmaligem Bescheid geben an der Rezeption konnte das Problem leider nicht behoben werden. Daher für diesen Aufenthalt keine gute Bewertung. Auch das Frühstück war nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Manchmal gibt es Frühstück bis 11 Uhr und manchmal bis 10 Uhr. Oft is es so überfüllt das eine längere Wartezeit besteht - das nervt morgens wenn man frühstücken möchte (und dafür Geld im Voraus bezahlt hat)…"

"It was our first trip to China and we loved it. The Shangri_La Hotel is simply outsanding, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Hotel itself is amazing and has everything you could want. The landscaping outside in the Garden and around the beautful Pool are just pristine. and the food was extraordinary, we planned to go out to eat to experience Chinese Food, but there was no need as the Hotel's 6 Restaurants had everything we could have hoped for. all around a magnificent Hotel, we will be back for sure"
