„Schimmel an meheren Stellen im Bad, das Zimmer selbst ebenfalls nicht ansatzweise gereinigt. Die Dusche ist abnormal klein. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen kaum English, sind aber sehr bemüht. Pluspunkte: Aussicht und Lage. Sehr guter Blick auf Mt. Fuji. Quasi direkt am Bahnhof, Bushaltestellen direkt davor.“

„It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Luckily I wrote before that smoking inside the house isn’t an option. Even though there were full ashtrays in the kitchen and in front of the entrance in my time there none smoked inside the house. Thanks for that. As I only stayed two nights I didn’t use the bathroom. It really was disgusting using the washing facilities and the kitchen. There was a really bad smell inside the fridge. I didn’t really meet the staff properly. The lady talked two ...

„This hostel is amazing. The stuff is super friendly and kind and helps you whenever you need them. The hostel isn’t anyonym, ihn felt more like staying with family while also having much privacy. The owners were thinking about every little detail a backpacker needs. From washing machine to fully equipped kitchen. I would love to come back!“

"I had a wonderful two-night stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. The onsen facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Kandel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. I had accidentally left my passport at a previous hotel, and Kandel kindly assisted me in contacting them and coordinating the delivery of the passport to my current location. His support and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m extremely grateful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuji area."
