"Top Location, excellent Travel desk, great architecture, nice rooms. Breakfast good choice, evening buffet so so. Some staff (reception etc.) very friendly and caring, but some especially in the restaurants not. Travel desk was extremely helpful and flexibel in organising tours. Bad experience in the Restaurant Pegasus - in terms of staff and food quality. However a very nice experience."

Personalized treatment, the staff pays high attention to details, from your everyday coffee to your food allergies. Overall a wonderful stay!"
