• A terrace (15m²) shaded by a roof, fitted with a dining table, a kitchen area with a plancha and a sink. An independent toilet and an outdoor shower.



Access to the property is shared with the owner's house but independence over the swimming pool area is ensured.



INTERIOR:

This holiday rental with swimming pool for 6 people in Mouries is single-storey. It has a total area of 120m². It is decorated in a Provençal style.

It contains:

A kitchen (9m²) opening onto the lounge with fridge, gas and induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining area.

A lounge (40m²) equipped with a TV, satellite channels, internet, dining area and fireplace.

The sleeping area benefits from air conditioning installed in the corridor serving the bedrooms.

Three bedrooms each with a fan:

One bedroom (11.5m²) with a double bed 140 and adjoining bathroom (sink, shower and WC).

Two bedrooms (11.5m²) with a double bed 140 each.

A bathroom (7m²) with a sink, bathtub and washing machine.
