„Decided to try something different for a visit with our daughter at UArk and stayed in this adorable place away from the chaos of Fayetteville game day. It was just as described. Peaceful and quiet. Ken was an excellent communicator. About a 45 minute drive from Fayetteville, 10 of it on “mountain roads” Would suggest a car with sturdy tires. „Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! “
