„Communication was great, but the room was not clean. The sheets had black hairs everywhere. As soon as I looked under the bottom sheet, it was worse. The dust was awful too. And it got really hot during the night. Unfortunately, you have to share the temp with other guests staying. So keep that in mind. There was no refund offered. „Communication leading up to check-in was terrible. I didn't receive check-in instructions until I was on the road heading there. I had to ask more than once. However, once I received them, they were very detailed and easy to follow. There is a massive road construction project happening around the building, so that wasn't great, but it didn't really disturb us.“
