The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.“

„The apartment is really nice, clean and functional. Kitchen was enough equiped. Pool was ok. A small inconvenience is to park, as the back parking lot that is closer to the apartment require permit, and the only spot available are far away on the front parking lot.. The main problem is regarding the neighborhood and the feeling of safety. Lot of homeless in the area. The parking is full of trash and wild cats everywhere.“

„The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost ...
