„Place was very nice convenient for what we needed it for. Had a little issue with the wifi but host responded quickly and I was able to rectify. Only issue we had and I should have looked better but all the bedrooms were upstairs and my elderly parents had a hard time getting up and down the steps. Overall great place and would stay there again if needed.“

I did not receive final instructions re door code & checkout, but host was easy to communicate with. My main complaint is it was not made clear that this is the middle unit of a triplex. „This was a quick overnight stop for us so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities but Amber’s place was so warm and inviting and decorated so nicely. We weren’t traveling with our pup this time but we know how hard it is to find a good place that accepts pets so I really appreciate that. Would definitely stay again.“

„This place was wonderful. We loved getting up and seeing the sunrise over the Snake River in the morning. We were just a little confused about how to get in, as there was not a working keypad. The house is fantastic - highly recommended.“

„In planning our trip, the Umbrella house first matched for a location close to our son. We had the great fortune to meet the hosts as we arrived a bit early. From there, communications were great, responses were timely. The house is wonderfully appointed, having themes for the bedrooms and other rooms as well. There is a nice yard that our dog enjoyed. Overall, it was an easy 5 stars for me. We only had one issue, the gate latch on the west side has lost stability. Once we knew that, we ...

„April was very easy to work with. Home is just as described and fit the needs of all our family members. My mother uses a walker and cane and was able to move around with her cane and enter the home through the garage. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Games played at the kitchen table and wonderful memories made. Day trip to see Shoshone Falls. Only an hour an half drive. Heading to Pine ID for my son's wedding. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in Mountain Home.“
