„We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!“

„This little place was just what I needed for my visit, and I hope to return during my travels. The only reason I gave four stars for location is that the gravel road going in is a little rough. So just take it easy going in. The door was unlocked when I arrived, but It was really nice to have a chance to visit with the owner, and the fresh eggs were a great treat.
