Step inside through the charming front porch into a welcoming foyer. Just off the entry, a private office with a sleeper sofa, desk, and a large picture window offers the perfect space to work remotely or take in the scenic mountain and neighborhood views.

The main level features a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—ideal for gathering and entertaining. The chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, spacious quartz countertops, a large island with seating for five, a pantry, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The adjacent dining room seats eight and flows directly onto the patio, providing additional outdoor dining space for eight guests.
