Hotels Mountain City

„Bridge Creek Inn exceeded our expectations. We just visited for the long weekend with our family and the hotel is beautiful and really clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect being in town. We will definitely stay here again. We were also lucky to have some live music in the lobby on Thursday night and they were great. And the parking was great as well. Our only feedback for the hotel would be to add some floating shelves or additional storage ...

„You could not ask for better accommodations a more comfortable room or a more pleasant stay you owe it to yourself to make your next stay in the Clayton area at this motel you will do yourself a disservice if you stay anywhere else“

„The rooms were really clean and the service nice and welcoming. The house is a bit older and you can see it. Also the street has a big construction area. “

„Schlecht,unhöflich es personal“

„I would have rated this hotel a 5 except for a few issues: 1. Check-in was listed as 4 pm but our room was not ready until approximately 6 pm. 2. The hotel restaurant lost our dinner reservation. 3. At checkout, we had $80+ in unknown charges on our account - all from the little store in the hotel. The charges were reversed thankfully. We loved the design and furnishings in the lobby and our room - just wish there was more attention to detail and focus on customer experience..“

„gutes hotel“

„The room was very comfortable and the amenities like outdoor area and restaurant were fabulous“

„Very quaint, nice and friendly hosts and we loved sleeping by the waterfall , oh and the breakfast was awesome!!!“

„Abgelegenes, idyllisches Hotel mit wunderschönem Golfplatz. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig und bot nur ein sehr eingeschränktes Frühstück entgegen der Ankündigung. Überaus freundliches Personal.“

„Very unique place. Being able to hear the waterfall all the time was amazing. The rooms and amenities matched the waterfall perfectly! Great place, we will be back!“

„Unable to get a extra pillow for the room. Breakfast was minimal. Female Staff was friendly . Road noise was horrible for sleeping. Outside of building was very run down“

„The staff was nice and helpful. Experian was hard to work with. Tried to make changes and they were not helpful.“

„The main inn is charming. The bunkhouse is a different story, and the gap between the two is wide enough that I felt misled by the photos used to sell the property. The room is tiny. Just know a king bed takes up almost all of the floor space, and the only other furniture are small nightstands, a luggage rack, a folding chair, and a closet with a curtain instead of a door. There is no room to unpack or move around comfortably. The dark green paint and trim look moody in photos, but in person ...

„Cool place, nice atmosphere short walk to the center of Highlands reasonably priced comfortable rooms and quiet“

„This is a beautiful property and so dog friendly! I loved it!“
