This property is in a convenient location and has seen some recent updates. My room was moderately clean, though certain areas could have been cleaner. It was also surprisingly small—smaller than the average hotel rooms I’ve stayed in before.
We stayed for three nights and placed the service sign on our door each day, but unfortunately, the room was never cleaned and toiletries were not replenished. I also had trouble reaching anyone at the front desk when we needed help unclogging the toilet in the morning during regular business hours. In fact, it was rare to see any staff at the front desk throughout our stay.
Overall, while the location is a plus, the lack of service and responsiveness would make me hesitant to return.
