„Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room.“

„This was our second visit. We had a marvelous time. We just love the house, it has all the amenities that we need. It's like a home away from home. However, the TV in the living room only offers five local channels to watch, but we utilized Netflex. Also, it would have been nicer if the grass had been cut prior to our arrival so we could have enjoyed being in the yard. They came to cut the grass the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.“

„We had a wonderful stay here, enjoying coffee in the morning on the decks with the sunrise. Quiet picturesque country location with beautiful trees and landscaping. The birdwatching was top notch and you felt completely immersed in nature the entire stay. We appreciated how clean and updated the home was along with the personal touches of snacks and bottled water being provided. Great vacation spot and we would love to come stay again. “

„Property manager was super easy to get into contact with and amazingly accommodating (we were traveling with a boat and trailer in addition to our vehicle). We had no issues at all, but I could see how one may be “confused” for getting to the location/door *IF* they did not read the instructions correctly - I know how some people are about skimming the content sometimes… don’t do that and you’ll be perfectly fine! “

„We loved Black Bear Cabin and would definitely stay again! The place was absolutely spotless and had everything we could need, plus some extra touches like K-cups and creamer for our morning coffee. There are games and books, and the game room has tons of fun things to do. Miranda was very responsive and even had the AC going for us when we arrived on a 90-degree day! We will stay again.“
