Finde Mount Sto. Tomas Hotels

„The bed was small and hard. The wifi terrible. Breakfast no coffee maschine!! Charge extra to have a Cappuccino. Overall very poor Building quality. Lobby and Restaurant is nice. “

„Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.“

„Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.“

„Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.“

„das Frühstück ist sehrgut , der kleine Park am Hotel ist schön. “

„I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!“

„Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry“

„We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers.“

„Alles bestens, ausser das Frühstück, das eher dürftig ist, für Europäer zumindest.“

„Staff is friendly, place is roomy. View is good. Only thing is the place is tight to drive.“

„Das Zimmer war direkt neben einem Kühlsystem...ich dachte ich wohn in einer Frabrik!“

„This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.“

„The whole Building is Clean inside and Out.. Staff is on time when we arrived and when we check out she was quick 👍“

„Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.“
