The house was neat and clean with the basic essentials provided. The home does not have central air but does have very capable floor units in both bedrooms. This was my very first stay using the VRBO platform and I hope all of my future experiences will be as good as this one. I would highly recommend this host and property. “

„I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations. „Property itself was great, no complaints about that. Unfortunately the check-in process to get there was extremely difficult, especially with the large number of cars that my party had. Each driver needs to be on a list at the check-in for the entire community and needs to wait in line with registration and license. Some members of our party waited for an hour only to find out they weren’t on the list. I’m not even sure it’s the hosts fault, it’s just something to keep in mind especially for ...

„This property looks exactly like it is listed. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of rooms, good sitting area at the back. Everything is good. However, there is no garage parking, at least adjacent to the property. There could be other options nearby. Also, there was no community pass as the pool was closed (we visited during end of March). I would recommend the owner to send only related communication during check in and check out instead of the generic communication.“
