Pleasant, South Carolina. This beautifully furnished, two-story residence features a private, fenced patio with a seating area, outdoor dining table & chairs and gas BBQ grill. The interior features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with one bedroom and bathroom conveniently located on the lower level and the second bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The comfortable living room provides a welcoming place to relax, while the fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from morning coffee to meals at home. Designed for comfortable extended stays (for a minimum of 30 nights), this inviting home combines a thoughtfully furnished interior with an exceptional private outdoor living space, creating an easy, relaxed home base for enjoying everything the Charleston area has to offer.

- Dresser, arm chairs and wall-mounted flat screen smart TV (you will need your log-ins for your favorite streaming apps)

Upper level bedroom (second floor):



- Queen bed with night stands & reading lamps



- Down the hall from the upper level bathroom with vanity & newly tiled, walk-in shower



- Please note you must use the interior staircase to access the second floor. Please also note the sloping nature of the ceilings on the second floor.

* Dog friendly (but you must notify us of your dog in advance of your stay!). There will be additional charges if you do not notify us in advance of your stay that your dog will be joining you. Cats, birds, lizards and other household pets are not permitted at this home.

Guests enter Beach Rules by following the signage for Unit A and entering the gate to the large, private patio. Once inside the patio, you will find the partially-covered front porch and front door. When you enter the front door, you will find a living room with a comfortable seating & large flat screen TV, a dining space and kitchen. The primary suite is located on the first floor of the home off of the living room. The stairway in the living room leads to the upper level bedroom and bathroom. Please note that there is a staircase between the first and second floor and that the ceilings throughout the second floor are sloping.



There is a separate residential unit located adjacent to Beach Rules with shared walls within the same building.



NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times! For TV apps, personal subscription(s) required.



We will provide starter sets of dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels. You will need to purchase additional amounts of these supplies as well as propane for the gas BBQ grill once the starter set is depleted.



* Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee and pet fee (if applicable). *

We offer short term rental guests the right to participate in a limited damage waiver program. Security Deposits are required for longer stays.



All reservations subject to CLEAR ID security checks, completion of guest and car registration information and confirmation of understanding of all noise, parking and trash ordinances.



Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
