There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access ...

„I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes.“

„It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues ...

„Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet . We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos. I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just ...
