Welcome to this stunning Ski-In/Ski-Out Chalet on the slopes of Bryce Resort. Walk out and onto "White Lightning" ski run.



Enjoy the views of the mountains from throughout the home and multiple decks. Relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or hiking. Watch the skiers as you sit by the fire table from the roof top deck.



Bring the family together around the dining table looking out the massive window at the mountains. Snuggle up in the living room beside the gas fireplace surrounded by log beams and watch a movie.

The Space:

The first thing you will notice as you enter the Slopeside Chalet are the beautiful large wooden beams. A stone fireplace that lights with the push of a button and comfy couches make this a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes (or at the wineries). The Fire TV is easy and has any streaming service for you to log into. The living room also has an acoustic guitar and piano for those musically inclined.



The living room opens to a large deck with gorgeous views and ski slope just feet away. The deck has an outdoor dining area, gas grill, and hot tub.



The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with everything you need for a great meal. The kitchen features an open area looking into the living room so you can watch TV or chat with family while you cook. The dining room is a perfect spot to gather. With a table big enough for the whole family and huge windows looking out to the mountains view and ski slopes.



Upstairs, is the master suite. A brand new memory foam King bed is made even more cozy with the exposed beams and wood burning fireplace!

The master bathroom has a shower, double vanity AND large jacuzzi tub surrounded by windows around and above. A glass of wine in the tub while it snows outside is magical.

The upstairs landing and master bedroom open to a roof top patio. More great views and the ideal vantage point to watch the skiers or mountain bikers while sitting next to the fire table make this a favorite spot.



Downstairs are the other two bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. This room opens to yet another deck.



PETS:

We allow well behaved, house trained dogs. Max 2 dogs. Must be up to date on flea and tick treatment. $100 pet fee. Must note dogs under pets on reservation.



Guest Access:

The house has a variety of books and games for guest to enjoy.



Propane is provided for the fire table and gas grill.



The wood burning fireplace in the master bedroom is available for guest who know how to operate a wood fireplace (make sure the flue is open). Wood is not provided.



The driveway has space for 4 vehicles. There is a EV charger in the driveway available for guests to use. Additional cars can be parked on the street.
