„Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. „My friends and I were there for 2 nights, we were visiting friends who live just down the road. It's on a cute little cul de sac, it was private and quiet and easy to find.The space was clean and warm, perfect for what we needed. There were a couple of issues, and our host Marci was responsive and helpful. „Luz and I were looking for a home-base for some Catskill exploration. Your home could not have been better. We arrived late, but the check in process was a breeze and the snacks were a welcomed bonus alowwing us to relax. I always worry about security with bikes being so easy to steal, but this property is incredibly private while also being easy to access with a short trailer. „The property was great minus a tonnn of bugs that fly in but you’re in the woods and there’s a fly swatter provided. There were a decent amount of large ants though that we also had to kill (at least ten) all over the unit. What was unfortunate was that on the second night a really loud alarm went off twice at 3 am and 4am. I was traveling with young children so obviously this was not great. „We had a wonderful stay at the Appalachian Resort hosted by Milagros & Sergio. They were incredibly friendly and gave us clear and helpful explanations from the start. The room was very clean, and it was great having the water park within walking distance. They also offered flexible early check-in depending on the situation, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had questions, they responded very quickly, so we felt completely comfortable during our stay. We would love to come back again!“

"Perfekt, vor den Toren von NYC und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Outlet. Sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist klassisch amerikanischer Durchschnitt, nicht überragend, aber leckere Waffeln. ;-) Wer nicht uzm Abendessen fahren möchte, kann sich ins Hotel liefern lassen und im Gemeinschaftsbereich essen.
