„Had a great stay at the cabin, came down to go rafting and it was super close to everything and the hot tub was awesome! “

„This was a great cabin! It had all the comforts of home (nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets/towels, etc) and the property was great! We enjoy staying places off the beaten path - we loved the porches, the hot tub, the firepit, and all of the outdoor spaces. It was very close to New River Gorge NP and to a few little towns. If we are ever back in WV we would definitely stay again!“

„It was a nice cozy cabin with a hot tub next door. Very clean and spacious surroundings with a nice outdoor area with a fire pit and wood there for us to use. Was close to many beautiful places to visit and close to where we went whitewater rafting. “

„The cabin was clean and exactly how described. It had everything you needed, full kitchen, grill. The hot tub was a plus! We had a wonderful time, the property was peaceful. We wish we had more time to spend there. Located conveniently near new river gorge national park, we didn’t have to drive far for outdoor activities. The host was very responsive. We hope to come back next year! “

Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. „As we wanted to visit New River Gorge National Park, this house was centrally located & very close to Sandstone Visitor Center. Plan ahead for food & supplies, as it is remote and not much around. My husband wants to return! It's a beautiful area & loved seeing the river. We got used to daily visits from the train.“

„We had a great time at this unique place in the wilderness. This huge property was very peaceful and included a little pond and a creek (!). And it is perfectly located for visiting the “New River Gorge” Nation Park. The cabin is extremely cozy and rustic with lots of wood, impressive hunting decoration and authentic furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom were well maintained and neat. And we loved stargazing in the jacuzzi. “
