Family Ski Trip

We stayed in Mount Holly at the end of January and had an amazing time. The home is well equipped with modern amenities and relaxing to come back to after a long day on the mountain. Cant beat having a private hottub and private views of snowy woods. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect Family Ski Getaway

We absolutely loved our time in Mt Holly. Reid was a wonderful host and the house is so well appointed. It had everything we needed (even a fresh sponge for dishes and coffee filters and spices which many rentals do not). It was roomy and cozy and just perfect for our family and dog. The house was sparkling clean. The hot tub was clean and hot. The property is so nice and secluded, but very easy access to the Okemo ski area. Maybe a 7 minute drive to Jackson Gore and 10 minutes to downtown Ludlow and Okemo clock tower. Reid was so helpful and kind and we would definitely return!! I bet it is stunningly beautiful in the fall and summer too.

Amazing Rental near Okemo

I can't say enough great things about this house. Reid was communicative and super easy to work with. Check in was a breeze with the key pad on the door. House was clean and well equipped. Hot tub was great after those days skiing at Okemo (Jackson Gore is 10 min away!). As the house had no cell service it was great to have internet access. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Relaxing place for your winter getaway

Hot tub and radiant floors were great and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend a "Welcome Book" that contains vital details (how to's, house rules etc.) but the owner was quick to respond with answers to our questions.

Perfect Ski Cabin

This cabin was the perfect fit for our family winter break. We loved the easy access to Okemo, snowshoeing steps aways from the cabin, and the hot tub. Reid was great with communication making the check in super easy. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Everything was great for our family long weekend of skiing. Our black lab enjoyed running through the snow in the woods and I forgot how nice radiant heat is! We'd definitely stay their again for a future trip.

Guys get away ski trip

Owner was helpful and friendly place was off the beaten path so made it peaceful and scenic. Yet, close to Okemo mountain ski of which we skied everyday.

very clean and comortable ski house

We had an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Pat was very accommodating and quick with a response. The house was very clean and perfect size for our family of four. The radiant heated floors were great to walk on with the cold winter temps outside. The road and driveway were kept plowed and it was an easy drive to Okemo Mt. Already making plans to stay here again.

Wonderful Ski House

The ski house exceeded expectations. The space when you walk in is perfect for storing your boots and jackets, with plenty of room for sitting to get your boots on. We walked upstairs and on a night when the temp was hovering around zero, it was great that Pat had made the place so warm. Very cozy lower level with gas fireplace and well-stocked kitchen. The bathrooms had heated floors which made things extra nice. Upstairs, a master bedroom with its own bath and shower and the second bedroom had a queen and two twins. The bedrooms had their own thermostat, which made it easy to keep the temps comfortable. The location is about 5 miles west of Jackson Gore. It was nice to use that parking lot for a change. Avoided the Ludlow traffic getting back home — especially on the holiday weekend. All in all, a great place.

Clean and comfortable cabin close to Okemo

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids and dog) fit comfortably in this cozy cabin. It contained everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was a treat after a day of skiing. Pat was very responsive with our questions. Would return again.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

My wife , 2 teenage children and our 2 Labradors enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room, the house was clean and it had all of the modern conveniences needed. The proximity to Ludlow and Okemo was great yet we loved the more "rural" setting. The hot tub was fantastic after a day skiing and the entry way to the house was perfect for storing skis/snowboards, boots and gear. The owners were accessible and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit and would recommend this property.

Very comfortable home for a ski weekend

Great spot for a weekend away in Vermont. Close to okemo and very comfortable for a family trip. Really enjoyed the large hot tub after sking all day. Owner was very responsive in answering questions. Looking forward to going again the the future.

Excellent house with great amenities. Heated floors felt great after a long day on the mountain which only 10 minutes away. Beautiful views to the quiet woods as you sit in the spacious hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great house for a family weekend

Last minute reservation for a family ski trip to Okemo. Lovely home. Very responsive owner. Especially enjoyed the hot tub after a great day of skiing. Really good layout for socializing and sleeping. Nice kitchen with good utensils. Enjoyed some good dinners in Ludlow. Tip: ski out of Gore base lodge for a shorter drive and to avoid the crowds of the Okemo base.

Wonderful stay! Great location & amenities, very clean, helpful owner

We had a great time. We were comfortable and had plenty of space with 3 adults, 2 older kids, and a dog. We loved using the hot tub after hitting the slopes all day. Great addition to the home! And the area around house is beautiful, pretty views of snow covered trees. Great location close to Jackson Gore parking lot. It was nice to drive home in the opposite direction of holiday traffic leaving the resort. Jackson Gore is a good spot to park because the area is a little less crowded than the main lodge. Would definitely stay there again! We were sad to leave

Excellent house in a great location

Our dog and kids played around the house and property in some great snow. The heated floors were great on the feet coming in from the cold.

Perfect getaway

Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Home was clean, cozy and way bigger than anticipated. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the mountains.. the heated floors and fireplace added to the cozy feel of the home. In all was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience . Would Highly reccomend staying here and we certainly look forward to visiting again! Thanks for a great stay !

Woodsy getaway

The house was nice, clean and provided ample space. Smart TVs in every room. Good location from Okemo. A cleaning fee is included but there is a somewhat lengthy checklist of cleaning items renter need to do in order to receive security deposit. Great getaway if looking for a quiet spot.

Great (slightly) off mountain home with wonderful customer service

We rented this property over the 2018 Christmas holiday week and it was a great spot for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Drive to Okemo, especially Jackson Gore lot, was quick and opposite traffic. House is hidden away in the woods, very peaceful, and very clean. The owners pride themselves on service and attention while you are their guest. They stopped by to help with the hot tub and responded to a phone call/email quickly when we had questions. Hot tub is great by the way.

Comfortable in Great location!

Great location! Pat was very responsive and kind. The home is comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our trips to the mountain and the quick commute home. We looked for Jerry (a moose affectionately titled by previous guests), but he never made an appearance; insert sad face. We hope to be back again soon!

The house was perfect for our crew. The house was very comfortable even with the -14 degree temperatures at night. Wonderful bathrooms! Con- The kitchen could have more utensils, non stick cooking pans, and spatula. Thank you.

Beautiful fort like getaway!

This property was amazing! My husband and I felt like we were living in a high end fort up above it all! The heated flooring and electric stove made our stay so cozy warm. After a day of skiing the jacuzzi was the absolute best! Very clean and love the jets on our legs and feet. The bedrooms were very cozy and the views overlooking the woods were exquisite. We will be re-booking this property hopefully in the fall!
