„Upon checking in, my partner started to have a bad reaction to all of the fresh exposed wood in the house. Neither of us were aware she had this sensitivity. It did not affect me at all. Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. I will just say that the new property was so nice, it was a step down when we finally returned home after the vacation. Amanda rocks!!!“

„Our only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer. Everything about this place is amazing, and we hope we get the chance to book it again for our trip next summer. The guest house itself is spacious while also managing to feel incredibly cozy. The property is well kept, both inside and out. Everything was very clean, and the house had everything we needed. The shower and bed are top notch. The thing that really stood out to us was how private it is for being so close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. ...

„This cabin is really just part of a group of cabins near Bar Harbor. The difference between this and the ones you can book on like Expedia is that this has a hot tub. It's very cozy, and the inside of the cottage is super cute. However, two things stuck out that really soured the experience for us. Firstly, we heard nothing about how we were supposed to check in leading up to our stay. We ended up just going to the office, which makes sense, but it gave us some anxiety around if we actually had ...

„Our family has such a great time staying in this cottage. It was so clean, plenty of room for our family of 5, well stocked with wood for camp fire, etc. It is perfectly quiet, and you are on a short road, off a cup-de-sac - so I never felt isolated (which I don’t enjoy!). But don’t worry about noise from others - we never even heard/saw another car drive by. I would absolutely stay here again! “

The attention to detail in function, comfort, and decorating was noticeable and greatly appreciated! Sara was an excellent host, great communication and went above and beyond with providing local recommendations. The location is perfect for exploring Bar Harbor, Acadia, and the rest of Mount Desert Island. We enjoyed takeaway from The Chart Room and Thirsty Whale, ...

„Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der ganz neuen Hütte sehr genossen. Viele Tipps von der Gastgeberin im voraus, alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Gute Lage für Ausflüge in den NP und nach Bar Harbor. “

„We had an absolutely beautiful week in the beach cottage. The setting is stellar, the cabin is adorable and we slept with the doors wide open, lulled to sleep by the gentle waves. We swam and fished off the dock, had cocktails at sunset and coffee in the Adirondack chairs as the sun came up. Just an idyllic week, we are already dreaming about coming back!“

"Sehr nettes freundliches Ambiente, In der Lobby stehen jederzeit Kaffee, Tee, Säfte und Snacks zur Verfügung sowie frischer Kuchen. Auch die Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt. Trotz der nahen Straße war es nicht zu laut im Zimmer, gut war, dass sich die Fenster zum Lüften öffnen ließen und nicht nur abhängig ist von Klimaanlagen. Parkplatz im Hof war super, alles im Ort fußläufig erreichbar. Resumee: sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Sehr gutes Motel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Vom ersten Momentan fühlt man sich wilkommen und bekommt sehr gute Unterstützung bei fragen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und grosszügig. Die Ausstatung ist sehr gut. Die nähe in das Zentrum ist sehr gut zufuss zu bewältigen. Sehr gerne wieder."

"Brandnew Hotel in Bar Harbor with all most modern amenities and thoroughly styled. We were staying for 3 nights with 2 standard king rooms booked on ground floor and got an upgrade to 3rd floor for a huge corner room for the parents and an adjacent big room for our kids. The breakfasts were awesome, not the usual hustle and bustle of a buffet, but a choice of either hearty or sweet breakfasts were served on porcelain at our table with cutlery and cloth serviettes, along with a choice of orange juice and coffees or teas and fruits. Also the afternoon tea and cookie hour was a very nice asset. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay between the year end's holidays."
